Toronto Summer Wedding: Laura & Dale

On August 23, 2014, I was honoured to cover Laura & Dale's very special day. It was an awesome August day, one of those you just want to preserve, put in your pocket and save it for [ahem] November. Since I try not to put any pressure on my brides and grooms and let them forget about hourly charges when it comes to wedding photography, I truly committed to the name of one of my packages - Last Man Standing. It was a very long day for all of us - 17 hours to be precise, but it was definitely more rewarding than it was long. When you have fun and enjoy your life, time does fly. The ceremony was held at a very charming and intimate space - the Toronto Wedding Chapel , the staff was the nicest. Family and couple portraits were taken at Cham Shan Temple, beautiful Buddhist temple in Thornhill.

Love,

-Eva.

Model Portfolio: Cate. Pine Point Arena, Toronto

Rainy Moody Fall Shoot with Cate Tydd as a model and Dmitry Komendant from Spellbound Hair Design & Dmitry Komendant Guerilla Hairstyling as our everything :). Many years ago I was lucky enough to get a hair appointment at the salon / spa where Dima used to work. From then on, nobody else but Dima is allowed to bring scissors anywhere close to my hair. Let me just say that he is real a pro, a master, a virtuoso of everything hair related: cut, colour, style, you name it. You can see the proof below in this Charlie Chalpin's City Lights inspired portrait session. We really wanted to show both: feminine, a little vulnerable, sophisticated side of Cate and an edgy fighter in her, as life requires this combo pretty often.

Love,

-Eva.
